Plans were lodged for a 3 tower residential scheme in Liverpool by Falconer Chester hall
The £250 million task, on the corner of Leeds Street and Pall Mall on the north end of the city’s commercial enterprise district, will encompass three towers of 39, 33 and 27 storeys.
These will contain 1,002 flats and a spa, in conjunction with 929m² of business space.
Elliot organization director Elliot Lawless said the urge for food for investment in liverpool from each home and foreign places funders had recommended his company to press forward with the improvement.
’The mayor’s awareness on extending the city centre northwards relieves pressure on the core and gives scope for clean capital growth,’ he stated.
’That appeals to my funders, who can see how a long way liverpool has travelled in the last 20 years and therefore have confidence that progress will be maintained. There’s a cluster of towers now being developed north of the Pier Head, with 8 inside the pipeline so far.’
Lawless added: ’This sort of critical mass works for buyers because it alerts momentum and improvement. We’d welcome more and are pleased to play our role in the city’s regeneration.’
A planning decision is expected in spring next year. if it's a success, work might begin on site in autumn 2017, with a finish date of autumn 2019.
